You’ll learn how to apply relational skills in real time, not just understand them conceptually.

A monthly, 90-minute call that's:

About Your Facilitator

Sharon Costanzo, Certified Relational Life Therapy Practitioner

I’m a couples coach and Certified RLT Practitioner who helps partners build strong, steady, collaborative relationships.

My work is grounded in the Relational Life Therapy model developed by Terry Real — a direct, skills-based approach to building mutual respect, shared power, and emotional maturity.

I’m known for being clear, honest, and practical. I don’t do fluff.

I teach couples how to handle real conflict in real life. The Skills Room is an extension of that work — a place to practice the relational skills that make partnership possible.

Strong relationships aren’t built on insight alone — they’re built on skill. This is where you practice the maturity, steadiness, and collaboration that make lasting partnership possible.
